TENTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME    Fear not says the Lord.   Our fears are our worst enemies.   Yes it stares us on our faces, if we can conquer our fears, we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. Question about Misery Why let people live in misery? Why give light to those in grief? They wait for death, but it never comes, They prefer the grave to any treasure. They are happy till they are dead and buried. God keeps their future hidden and hems them in on every side. Merry Christmas My Creed I would be true, for there are those who trust me; I would be pure, for there are those who care; I would be strong, for there is much to suffer; I would be brave, for there is much to dare; I would be friend to all; the poor, the friendless; I would be giving, and forget the gift; I would be humble, for I know my weakness; I would look up and laugh – and love – and lift. Reflection Lord fill your people with whatever good they need, let the mystery of your birth be the source of our peace. Prayer Heavenly Father, guide me to choose good, not evil; and strength, not weakness.   Help me to choose creatively with the knowledge that I am sustained by your enormous strength, through Jesus Christ, our Lord.
