St. Simon and Jude (martyrs) were Apostles of Jesus Christ.  Their feast is celebrated today 28th October, 2015. They died of their conviction and their faith in Jesus Christ .  They preached the good news about Jesus Christ they were his apostles. Today's liturgical color is RED .  Christ's Apostles, Disciples, and early converts by His apostles were called CHRISTIAN because of their behavior.  Christians are expected to follow the step of their Master Jesus Christ for he said if they the disciples listened to him, and do what he asked them to do that all men will know that they are HIS.
