A ltar Server Prayer:   Father in heaven, Your Son Jesus Christ showed his love for you by serving his brothers and sisters in need.  I now ask you to give me your help I serve you and your people Open my mouth to praise you in word and song. Open my ears to hear your word. Merry Christmas My Creed I would be true, for there are those who trust me; I would be pure, for there are those who care; I would be strong, for there is much to suffer; I would be brave, for there is much to dare; I would be friend to all; the poor, the friendless; I would be giving, and forget the gift; I would be humble, for I know my weakness; I would look up and laugh – and love – and lift. Reflection Lord fill your people with whatever good they need, let the mystery of your birth be the source of our peace. Prayer Heavenly Father, guide me to choose good, not evil; and strength, not weakness.   Help me to choose creatively with the knowledge that I am sustained by your enormous strength, through Jesus Christ, our Lord.
