MARDI, 7ÈME SEMAINE DU TEMPS ORDINAIRE: AELF « Si quelqu’un veut être le premier, qu’il soit le dernier » Première Lecture Jaques c  4,1-10 « Vous demandez, mais vous ne recevez rien ; en effet, vos demandes sont mauvaises » Bien-aimés, d’où viennent les guerres, d’où viennent les conflits entre vous ? N’est-ce pas justement de tous ces désirs qui mènent leur combat en vous-mêmes ? Vous êtes pleins de convoitises et vous n’obtenez rien, alors vous tuez ; vous êtes jaloux et vous n’arrivez pas à vos fins, alors vous entrez en conflit et vous faites la guerre. Vous n’obtenez rien parce que vous ne demandez pas ; vous demandez, mais vous ne recevez rien ; en effet, vos demandes sont mauvaises, puisque c’est pour tout dépenser en plaisirs.  Adultères que vous êtes ! Ne savez-vous pas que l’amour pour le monde rend ennemi de Dieu ? Donc celui qui veut être ami du monde se pose en ennemi de Dieu.  Ou bien pensez-vous que l’Écriture parle pour rien quand elle dit : Dieu veille jalouse

Trois jours après, il fit appeler les notables des Juifs. Quand ils arrivèrent, il leur dit : « Frères, moi qui n’ai rien fait contre notre peuple et les coutumes reçues de nos pères, je suis prisonnier depuis Jérusalem où j’ai été livré aux mains des Romains. VENDREDI, 7ÈME SEMAINE DE PÂQUES: AELF « Sois le berger de mes agneaux, Sois le pasteur de mes brebis, Sois le berger de mes brebis » Première Lecture Actes  25,13-21 «  J’ai  donc ordonné que Paul soit détenu jusqu’à je puisse l’envoyer à César  » En ces jours-là, le roi Agrippa et Bérénice vinrent à Césarée saluer le gouverneur Festus. Comme ils passaient là plusieurs jours, Festus exposa au roi la situation de Paul en disant : « Il y a ici un homme que mon prédécesseur Félix a laissé en prison. Quand je me suis trouvé à Jérusalem, les grands prêtres et les anciens des Juifs ont exposé leurs griefs contre lui en réclamant sa condamnation. J’ai répondu que les Romains n’ont pas coutume de faire la faveur de livrer qui que ce soit lorsqu’il est accusé, avant qu’il soit confronté avec ses accusateurs et puisse se défendre du chef d’accusation. Ils se sont donc retrouvés ici, et sans aucun délai, le lendemain même, j’ai siégé au tribunal et j’ai donné l’ordre d’amener cet homme. Q

MERCREDI, 7ÈME SEMAINE DE PÂQUES: AELF «  Je me sanctifie moi-même, afin qu’ils soient, eux aussi, sanctifiés » Première Lecture Actes  20,28-38 « Je vous confie à Dieu, lui qui a le pouvoir de construire l’édifice et de donner à chacun l’héritage » En ces jours-là, Paul faisait ses adieux aux Anciens de l’Église d’Éphèse.
