The Arch Angels

'You will see heaven laid open and, above the Son of Man, the angels of God ascending and descending.’

First Reading Daniel 7:9-10.13-14  His robe was white as snow

As I watched: Thrones were set up and the Ancient One took his throne. His clothing was bright as snow, and the hair on his head as white as wool; his throne was flames of fire, with wheels of burning fire. A surging stream of fire flowed out from where he sat; thousands upon thousands were ministering to him, and myriads upon myriads attended him. The court was convened, and the books were opened. As the visions during the night continued, I saw one like a son of man coming, on the clouds of heaven; when he reached the Ancient One and was presented before him, he received dominion, glory, and kingship; nations and peoples of every language serve him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that shall not be taken away, his kingship shall not be destroyed.

Gospel John 1:47-51  You will see heaven laid open, and the Son of Man

When Jesus saw Nathanael coming he said of him, ‘There is an Israelite who deserves the name, incapable of deceit.’ ‘How do you know me?’ said Nathanael. ‘Before Philip came to call you,’ said Jesus ‘I saw you under the fig tree.’ Nathanael answered, ‘Rabbi, you are the Son of God, you are the King of Israel.’ Jesus replied, ‘You believe that just because I said: I saw you under the fig tree. You will see greater things than that.’ And then he added ‘I tell you most solemnly, you will see heaven laid open and, above the Son of Man, the angels of God ascending and descending.’

Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God of Host. Heaven and Earth are full of Your glory. Let the Angels praise and worship You God our Father. To You be all the glory, honor and adoration. Jesus, I trust in you. Virgin Mary, pray for me. Saint Joseph, pray for me. Arch Angel Micheal, Gabriel and Rapheal, pray for me. My Angel Guardian, pray for me.

Let us pray the Rosary: Hail Mary full of grace.

Évangile Jean 1,47-51 «Vous verrez le ciel ouvert et le Fils de l'homme»

Jésus, voyant venir à lui Nathanaël, dit de lui: «Voici vraiment un Israélite, dans lequel il n'y a point de fraude». «D'où me connais-tu?», lui dit Nathanaël. Jésus lui répondit: «Avant que Philippe t'appelât, quand tu étais sous le figuier, je t'ai vu». Nathanaël répondit et lui dit: «Rabbi, tu es le Fils de Dieu, tu es le roi d'Israël». Jésus lui répondit: «Parce que je t'ai dit que je t'ai vu sous le figuier, tu crois; tu verras de plus grandes choses que celles-ci. Et il lui dit: En vérité, en vérité, vous verrez désormais le ciel ouvert et les anges de Dieu monter et descendre sur le Fils de l'homme».

Saint, saint, saint, Seigneur, Dieu des armées. Le ciel et la terre sont remplis de Ta gloire. Que les anges Te louent et T'adorent, Dieu notre Père. À Toi toute gloire, honneur et adoration. Jésus, j'ai confiance en Toi. Vierge Marie, priez pour moi. Saint Joseph, priez pour moi. Archanges Michel, Gabriel et Raphaël, priez pour moi. Mon ange gardien, priez pour moi.
