Le Seigneur est mon berger : rien ne saurait me manquer

Première Lecture 1Peter 5,1-4  « Moi qui suis ancien et témoin des souffrances du Christ »

Bien-aimés, les anciens en fonction parmi vous, je les exhorte, moi qui suis ancien comme eux et témoin des souffrances du Christ, communiant à la gloire qui va se révéler : soyez les pasteurs du troupeau de Dieu qui se trouve chez vous ; veillez sur lui, non par contrainte mais de plein gré, selon Dieu ; non par cupidité mais par dévouement ; non pas en commandant en maîtres à ceux qui vous sont confiés, mais en devenant les modèles du troupeau. Et, quand se manifestera le Chef des pasteurs, vous recevrez la couronne de gloire qui ne se flétrit pas.

Évangile Matthieu 16,13-19 « Tu es Pierre, et je te donnerai les clés du royaume des Cieux »

RC: Jésus, étant arrivé dans le territoire de Césarée de Philippe, demanda à ses disciples: «Qui dit-on que je suis, moi, le Fils de l'homme?». Ils répondirent: «Les uns disent que tu es Jean Baptiste; les autres, Élie; les autres, Jérémie, ou l'un des prophètes». «Et vous, leur dit-il, qui dites-vous que je suis?». Simon Pierre répondit: «Tu es le Christ, le Fils du Dieu vivant».

Jésus, reprenant la parole, lui dit: «Tu es heureux, Simon, fils de Jonas; car ce ne sont pas la chair et le sang qui t'ont révélé cela, mais c'est mon Père qui est dans les cieux. Et moi, je te dis que tu es Pierre, et que sur cette pierre je bâtirai mon Église, et que les portes du séjour des morts ne prévaudront point contre elle. Je te donnerai les clefs du royaume des cieux: ce que tu lieras sur la terre sera lié dans les cieux, et ce que tu délieras sur la terre sera délié dans les cieux».

Jésus  tu es le Saint de Dieu, j’ai confiance en toi. Vierge Marie, priez pour moi. Saint Joseph, priez pour moi. Saint Pierre priez pour moi. Les anges et les saints de Dieu prient pour moi. Mon Ange Gardien prie pour moi.

BE CURED

Prayer before Mass:  Almighty and ever-living God, I approach the sacrament of Your only-begotten Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ. I come sick to the doctor of life, unclean to the fountain of mercy, blind to the radiance of eternal light, and poor and needy to the Lord of heaven and earth. Lord, in Your great generosity, heal my sickness, wash away my defilement, enlighten my blindness, enrich my poverty, and clothe my nakedness.
