THE SON OF MAN MUST BE LIFTED UP

WEDNESDAY WEEK 24 ORDINARY TIME: FEAST  OFTHE EXALTATION OF THE CROSS
God sent his Son so that through him the world might be saved
Jesus said to Nicodemus: ‘No one has gone up to heaven except the one who came down from heaven, the Son of Man who is in heaven; and the Son of Man must be lifted up as Moses lifted up the serpent in the desert, so that everyone who believes may have eternal life in him. Yes, God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not be lost but may have eternal life. For God sent his Son into the world not to condemn the world, but so that through him the world might be saved.’ 

Jesus Christ redeemed us by the Holy Cross as you celebrate your birthday today on the Feast of Exaltation of the Holy Cross may the joy of today's feast be yours

Thank you God our Father for you so loved the world that you sent Jesus Christ our Savior to redeem us.  Jesus Christ our Lord thank you for your sacrifice of our redemption. Thank you Lord Jesus Christ our Redeemer.

Évangile  Jean 3, 13-17« Il faut que le Fils de l’homme soit élevé »

En ce temps-là, Jésus disait à Nicodème : « Nul n’est monté au ciel sinon celui qui est descendu du ciel, le Fils de l’homme. De même que le serpent de bronze fut élevé par Moïse dans le désert, ainsi faut-il que le Fils de l’homme soit élevé, afin qu’en lui tout homme qui croit ait la vie éternelle. Car Dieu a tellement aimé le monde qu’il a donné son Fils unique, afin que quiconque croit en lui ne se perde pas, mais obtienne la vie éternelle. Car Dieu a envoyé son Fils dans le monde, non pas pour juger le monde, mais pour que, par lui, le monde soit sauvé.   Lectures Méditation

Merci Dieu notre Père car tu as tant aimé le monde que tu as envoyé Jésus-Christ notre Sauveur pour nous racheter. Jésus-Christ notre Seigneur mercie pour votre sacrifice de notre rédemption. Merci Seigneur Jésus-Christ notre Rédempteur.

BE CURED

Prayer before Mass:  Almighty and ever-living God, I approach the sacrament of Your only-begotten Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ. I come sick to the doctor of life, unclean to the fountain of mercy, blind to the radiance of eternal light, and poor and needy to the Lord of heaven and earth. Lord, in Your great generosity, heal my sickness, wash away my defilement, enlighten my blindness, enrich my poverty, and clothe my nakedness.
