The Open Door

There is a door that opens wide,
inviting you to enter;
This door is opportunity
and life is at its centre.

Broaden your mind’s horizon,
exchange the ‘no’ for ‘yes’
This open door of adventure
will lead to new success.

Behold, the open door of love,
of friendly brotherhood;
He who opens up these doors
will build a world of good.

These doors all open outward,
and you may enter free.
If you but have the vision

SAMEDI, 5E SEMAINE DE PÂQUES : AELF «  Si vous apparteniez au monde, le monde aimerait ce qui est à lui  » Première Lecture Actes  16,1-10  « Passe en Macédoine et viens à notre secours » En ces jours-là, Paul, qui avait quitté Antioche avec Silas, arriva ensuite à Derbé, puis à Lystres. Il y avait là un disciple nommé Timothée ; sa mère était une Juive devenue croyante, mais son père était grec. À Lystres et à Iconium, les frères lui rendaient un bon témoignage. Paul désirait l’emmener ; il le prit avec lui et le fit circoncire à cause des Juifs de la région, car ils savaient tous que son père était grec.
