RELIGION AND ART

PRAYING FOR GOD’S WISDOM   God of my ancestors, merciful Lord, by your word you created all things. By your wisdom you created man to rule all creation, to govern the world with holiness and justice. Give me wisdom that sit beside your throne;   give me place among your children. I am your servant as my mother was, I am only human and weak, and my life will be short. I have little understanding of the Law or how to apply it.   Even if one is perfect, he will counted as nothing   without the wisdom that comes from you. Send her from your glorious throne, so that she may work at my side, that I may learn what pleases you. She knows and understand everything, and will guide me intelligently in what I do. Her glory will protect me, and my actions   will be acceptable to you.                    Wisdom 9

 MAN'S NATURE God made man imperishable, he made him in the image of his own nature; it was the devil’s envy that brought death into the world, as those who are his partners will discover. But the souls of the virtuous are in the hands of God, no torment shall ever touch them. In the eyes of the unwise, they did appear to die, their going looked like a disaster, their leaving us, like annihilation; but they are in peace. If they experienced punishment as men see it, their hope was rich with immortality; slight was their affliction, great will their blessings be. God has put them to the test and proved them worthy to be with him; he has tested them like gold in a furnace, and accepted them as a holocaust.   SIMPLICITY OF HEART  Love virtue, you who are judges on earth, let honesty prompt your thinking about the Lord, seek him in simplicity of heart; since he is to be found by those who do not put him to the test, he shows himself to those who do not distrust him. But selfish intentions divorce from God; and Omnipotence, put to the test, confounds the foolish. No, Wisdom will never make its way into a crafty soul nor stay in a body that is in debt to sin; the holy spirit of instruction shuns deceit, it stands aloof from reckless purposes, is taken aback when iniquity appears. Wisdom is a spirit, a friend to man, though she will not pardon the words of a blasphemer, since God sees into the innermost parts of him, truly observes his heart, and listens to his tongue. The spirit of the Lord, indeed, fills the whole world, and that which holds all things together knows every word that is said.   Wisdom 1:1-7

When God is at work Things you do not expect happens. People are ready to give you a helping hand People are there to see to your daily needs You get gifts and good wishes Some kindness shown .You ask yourself if they are real. When God is at work Favour is at work, grace abounds, You walk in the supernatural When God is at work Faith comes to reality Hope is clear Charity abounds When God is at work.
