SIMPLICITY OF HEART

 SIMPLICITY OF HEART

 Love virtue, you who are judges on earth,
let honesty prompt your thinking about the Lord,
seek him in simplicity of heart;
since he is to be found by those who do not put him to the test,
he shows himself to those who do not distrust him.
But selfish intentions divorce from God;
and Omnipotence, put to the test, confounds the foolish.
No, Wisdom will never make its way into a crafty soul
nor stay in a body that is in debt to sin;
the holy spirit of instruction shuns deceit,
it stands aloof from reckless purposes,
is taken aback when iniquity appears.
Wisdom is a spirit, a friend to man,
though she will not pardon the words of a blasphemer,
since God sees into the innermost parts of him,
truly observes his heart,
and listens to his tongue.
The spirit of the Lord, indeed, fills the whole world,
and that which holds all things together knows every word that is said.  Wisdom 1:1-7

GOD's HAND

When God is at work

Things you do not expect happens.
People are ready to give you a helping hand
People are there to see to your daily needs
You get gifts and good wishes
Some kindness shown
.You ask yourself if they are real.

When God is at work
Favour is at work, grace abounds,
You walk in the supernatural

When God is at work
Faith comes to reality
Hope is clear
Charity abounds
When God is at work.

BECAUSE OF YOUR LIGTH WE SEE LIGHT

BECAUSE OF YOUR LIGHT WE SEE LIGHT

 How precious, O God is your constant love!
We find protection under the shadow of your wings.
We feast on the abundant food you provide,
you let us drink from the river of your goodness.
You are the source of all life, and because of your
light we see light. Psalm 36:7-9

A SONG OF THANKSGIVING

A SONG OF THANKSGIVING SIRACH 51: 1-12

I give you thanks, O Lord and King.
I praise you as my God and my Saviour.
I give you thanks, for you have helped me and protected me.
You have rescued me from death, from dangerous lies and slander.
You helped me when no one else would;
in your great mercy you saved me from many troubles I have known:
from the glaring hatred of my enemies,
who wanted to put an end to my life;
from the suffocation in oppressive smoke rising from fires I did not light;
from vicious slander reported to the king.
I was once brought face to face with death;
enemies surround me everywhere.
I looked for someone to help me,
but there was no one there.
But then, O Lord, I remembered how merciful you are,
and what you had done in times past.
I remembered that you rescue those who rely on you from their enemies
Then from here on earth I prayed to you.

I SURRENDER

I SURRENDER LORD

Jesus I surrender to you.
I am tired of doing things on my own and belief.
I turn my life to you to take control.
I trust in you, I believe in your love and kindness.
I am tired of trying to control my life and activities.
Fill me with your love and lead me.
Let your spirit guide me.
Let your love be my guide.
Give me the courage to live as your disciple.
Help me dear Lord for I am helpless.

WHERE WILL I GO?

WHERE WILL I GO?

Lord, I try to please people, you said we should love one another.
You said we should sacrifice for one another.
Father, the more I try the more helpless I am.
I ask myself, where will I go?

Father, where will I go?
The beauty of it all Lord, is that I have found more
Strength and understanding.
Lord it is a difficult task, every sacrifice is worth sacrificing.
I ask myself, where will I go?

Yes Lord, I have found the answer to this question.
Time, efforts I made to please people who may
not know the worth of the sacrifice made,
but the little effort I make to please and serve you.
is more rewarding.
This is the answer to my question.

WHERE WILL I GO?
